The warranty is valid for three years from the date of purchase, and covers all Green Point products manufactured by the Company. Activating the warranty is conditional on presenting a valid purchase receipt.
What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in components and materials.
- Functional faults originating in the product itself.
- Repair or replacement of the product at the Company’s labs.
- Phone support throughout the entire warranty period.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by an external factor: electrical short circuits, lightning, irregular voltage, water damage, fire, or physical damage.
- Faults caused by intervention, disassembly, or modifications carried out without the Company’s approval or by anyone who is not a certified installer on its behalf.
- Damage resulting from use that does not comply with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Natural wear of consumable components.
- Products whose serial number has been removed, erased, or defaced.
How to Activate the Warranty
- Contact the Company’s phone support.
- Initial diagnosis - some faults can be resolved remotely.
- When physical handling is required, the product will be sent to the Company’s labs for repair or replacement. For systems installed by a certified installer, handling is carried out at the customer’s home in accordance with the "Installation, Training & Service" document.
The Company will complete the repair or replacement within 14 business days of receiving the product at the lab. In exceptional cases requiring the ordering of components that are out of stock, the Company will update the customer on the expected timeline.
Warranty and Installation
- A product installed by a certified Green Point installer - the warranty applies in full, including service at the customer’s home as detailed in the service document.
- A product installed by anyone who is not certified on behalf of the Company - the warranty on the product itself is retained, but faults resulting from faulty installation (incorrect wiring, improper disassembly, combination with incompatible components) are not covered.
Limitation of Warranty
The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the product itself. The Company will not be liable for indirect damages, including loss of profits, incidental expenses, or the unavailability of other systems in the home as a result of the fault.
Warranty Transfer
The warranty is granted to the original purchaser only and is not transferable to a subsequent holder of the product, except with the Company’s prior written approval.
